- Conduct Technical presentation for pre-sales work
- Perform installation and configuration of IT solutions
- Provide onsite post-sales technical support to customers
- Resolve customer technical issues
Skills
Systems Engineer - Security Solutions:
- Working knowledge in Symantec Security Solutions or any Anti-virus software is an advantage, but not required.
- Knowledge of ;
- Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Detection and Response
- Secure Access Service Edge including SD WAN, Cloud Access Security Broker and Zero Trust Network
- Local Area Networking/TCPIP concepts or Network Firewall Windows Server, Linux Red Hat or SUSE
- Knowledge of firewall networks and web security gateway
- Have practical experience in Networking Infrastructure.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Symantec - Endpoint Protection (SEP), Messaging Gateway (SMG), Data Loss Prevention, ITMS (formerly Altiris), Advanced Threat Protection
- Bluecoat - Web ProxySG, CASB (Elastica)
- Sophos – Intercept X, Firewall XGS
- McAfee – Endpoint Security, MVision Endpoint and Cloud, DLP
- Forcepoint – CASB, DLP
- Versa Networks – SDWAN
