Description
As a systems engineer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Technical presentation for pre-sales work
- Perform installation and configuration of IT solutions
- Provide onsite post-sales technical support to customers
- Resolve customer technical issues
- Field work is required
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Good hands-on IT knowledge required.
- Can conduct product and solution presentations.
- Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Have good work ethics and demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
